By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service from AniseSmith.com — including but not limited to GPT tools, digital toolkits, subscriptions, or enterprise consulting — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Licensing & Use
- Solo User Subscriptions are licensed to one individual only.
- Small Team Subscriptions (3–5 users) may be used by up to five individuals within the same business.
- Enterprise Agreements require a separate custom license and contract.
- API keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.
3. API Key Access & Delivery
- Keys are assigned after confirmed payment and form submission.
- Delivery occurs within 24–48 hours (business days).
- If misuse or policy violations occur, access may be revoked without refund.
4. Subscription Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled.
- You may cancel any time via PayPal or by contacting support.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds for unused time.
5. Refunds
- Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only issued if access is not delivered within 5 business days.
6. Data & Privacy
- Your payment data is handled securely via PayPal.
- Form data (email, name, etc.) is used only for product access and internal operations.
- We do not sell or share your information.
7. Fair Use
- Abuse of the system, such as API overuse, scraping, automation bypass, or unauthorized sharing, will result in access being revoked.
- We monitor usage and enforce API quota limits where necessary.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publishing.
